Career Guidance Workshop Held at Guru Nanak International Public School, Model Town

Guru Nanak International Public School, Model Town, Ludhiana, organized an insightful workshop on career guidance titled “Navigating Future Career: Trends and Opportunities” on July 17, 2025. The session aimed at helping students explore and understand various career possibilities in the changing professional landscape. The resource person for the day was Mr. Akshay Nanda, a UCLA Certified Counsellor and B.Tech graduate in Mechanical Engineering from MDU Rohtak. With his expertise and engaging delivery, Mr. Nanda provided students with valuable knowledge about different learning tracks, career opportunities and modern professions.

 He emphasized the importance of acquiring vital life and career skills like critical thinking, adaptability, and communication to succeed in any field. A key part of the session focused on SWOT analysis which he encouraged students to use for better self-awareness and career planning. Mr. Nanda also introduced students to the four foundational pillars of the university system, giving them a deeper understanding of the academic structure and its role in personal development.

 The interactive and thought-provoking session proved to be a valuable learning experience for all participants leaving them inspired and better prepared to make informed career choices.
