Farewell Party at Guru Nanak International Public School, Model Town

Guru Nanak International Public School, Model Town, organized a farewell ceremony for the outgoing Class 12 students on the school campus on 11th February, 2026. The event was filled with emotions, joy & memorable moments as students & teachers gathered for the celebration. The day began with Shabad recitation to seek the blessings of Almighty for a secure & prosperous future of outgoing class followed by welcome address by the Principal Mrs.G.K.Gill who bestowed her blessings & wished good luck to the class XII students & stated that one can achieve anything by hard work & dedication.

The students of class XI hosted the programme. Following the speech of the Principal, the students presented colourful cultural performance including dance, melodious songs and pulsating music which was appreciated by the audience with thundering applause. The outgoing students dressed up to their glamorous best, looked jubilant & had a gala time. The stage was set ablaze with a ramp walk & modelling session followed by question answer round & the final judgement for the coveted titles. The students of XII reminisced about the past, expressed their gratitude to the teachers for everything from academics to personality development & making the journey in the school a memorable one.

The day was a fiesta devoted to the years spent together with friends & teachers to reminisce joyous moments. Fun games added excitement to the celebration. Mr. Prabhjot Singh Sachdeva an alumnus of the school who recently secured first rank in Punjab & Haryana Judicial services Examination (2026) was the guest of the day who set the stage on fire with high energy Bhangra beats & advised the students to work hard for their future.

 A highlight of the event was the awarding of titles, where students were given fun & meaningful titles, adding an element of humor & fun to the day.

Mr.GNI was awarded to Aviraj Singh & Ms.GNI was bagged by Shubhreet Kaur.
