Course of Studies

The School runs classes up to 10+2 English, Hindi, Punjabi are the three languages taught under the three language formula as prescribed by C.B.S.E., Delhi.
In class IX students have an option to choose from IT/HINDI/FMM,
At Senior Secondary level, a student can choose one of the following groups od studies from the Academic Stream.

Admission Rules

Nursery & L.K.G
Age – Nursery: 2 ½ to 3 ½ years on March 31st of the Year.
L.K.G: 3 ½ to 4 ½ years on March 31st of the Year.

Registration & Interview:

Admission will be given only to those candidates whose names are registered with the school. Please note that registration makes a child eligible for interview only. It does not guarantee admission.
Interview for Nursery / LKG will be held in the month of December or as notified.

Birth Certificate:

A photostat copy of the Birth Certificate duly attested by a gazetted officer to be attached to the form at the time of registration of the child in the school. Original Birth Certificate from the Panchayat, Municipal Committee/ Corporation or from a recognized hospital will have to be produced at the time of registration.

Entrance Test (Other Classes)

Subject to the availability of the seats, admission to all other classes shall take place on the basis of a written test on the dates & timings to be notified by the Principal.

Transfer Certificate

For admission to classes other than Nursery & L.K.G., it is mandatory for the students to submit a Transfer Certificate / School Leaving Certificate from the school last attended along with progress Report Card.

Note:

1. Date of Birth Once Registered will not be altered.
2. The dates for the registration & interview can be changes as per the convenience of the school authorities.

Qualification of Parents.

Attested photocopies of the last passing out certificate of both the parents should be attached with registration form.

Family Photograph

A latest family photograph of father, mother & ward is to be affixed on the registration form.

Examination & Promotion

No formal assessment for pre schoolers.
Classes I to V : The whole syllabus will be divided in 4 periodic Test 1-May; Periodic Test 2-September; Periodic Test 3-December; Periodic Test 4-March;

Classes VI to X : Final Evaluation will be based on Annual Examination (Board Exams for class X) & Internal Assessment. Full syllabus exam at the end of the session for classes IX & X. 75% syllabus exam at the end of the session for classes VI to VIII. 3 Periodic Test will be conducted followed by annual exam as per the following schedule : Periodic Test 1-May; Half Yearly-September; Periodic Test 2-December; Annual March

Class XI & XII: Annual Examination (Broad Exam for Class XIII) will take place at the end of the session covering the complete Syllabus. Besides, 3 Periodic tests will be held as mentioned above. For Class XI, 40% of marks obtained by a child in Periodic Tests, Half Yearly & 60% of marks obtained in Annual.

A Student who remains absent from an examination for any reason shall not be re-examined.
